Keeping things to ourselves is selfish, and prevents others from sharing our enjoyment.  So here's how you may easily share your surveys to countless others, online!  Chip in and join the cause!  That way, I can enable others to see both by photo and transcription what was played by which stations, and when!

Most of the surveys you see online are not owned by me, nor are they physically held by me.  In fact, they were generously donated by really nice people who share our vision.  Here are some ways you may donate your surveys:

1. As an outright gift:   Simply send them to us with a short note telling me you are donating the surveys to us, permanently.  Our address is:  Sheldon Swartz, 7903 Los Robles Court, Jacksonville FL 32256-1804.
   

2. Allow me to borrow them.   As I have done for so many others over the years, you can trust that I will carefully and lovingly handle them. I'll scan and return them to you by U.S. Mail (U.S. addresses only) as soon as possible.  Please understand that while the U.S. Mail is arguably by far the safest delivery service in the world, this is not a perfect world, and I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail (none have been lost over the years).
   
   YOU MUST PROVIDE PRIORITY MAIL RETURN POSTAGE!  With all the work I do to scan the surveys (and more), the least you can do is provide return postage.  If there is not postage, or a money order for the postage included, I will not return the surveys until you have provided the return postage (thank you).
   
   I am NOT interested in surveys that have a lot of writing on them, or generally past the year 1986.  Please ASK me if I can use your surveys first... give me a reasonable description of the call letters, the years, and condition, BEFORE you ship them to me.  Thank you!
   

3. Scan and e-mail them to me, or place them on a non-returnable CD or DVD disk.  As you may be able to tell from the quality of most of the surveys here, I am fussy!  Please scan ONLY at 300 dpi or greater.  This allows for best color and detail.   DO NOT crop or trim the surveys. Regardless of how crooked they may appear in your scan, please allow me to crop them to my standards.  Make sure any "autocrop" or similar option is turned off in your scanner software.  I accept files ONLY in the .jpg,.bmp, or .png formats, for best quality.  Only if the quality is good enough, will they be displayed.
   

4. Please email your surveys to: topforty@gmail.com.  You don't need to ask before you send them; just do it!  Believe me, I will appreciate them!
